Return Policy
We offer a 5-day return policy if your product is not working or is broken. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for change of mind or personal preference.

How to Return an Item
1️⃣Upload a Video: To return any item, upload a 30-second video to ‘Return Order’.
2️⃣ Approval & Refund: Once your return request is approved, the amount will be credited to your E-wallet, which can be used for future purchases.
3️⃣ Clear Video Required: If you or your client does not have a clear video showing the product was **damaged or defective upon opening, you cannot claim a return. Ensure your consignee number is also visible in the video.
Terms & Conditions
✔️ The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Trying on is acceptable for fashion items but should not be worn beyond that.
✔️ The product must include original tags, manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoices, and accessories.
✔️ The item should be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. Do not apply tape or stickers directly to the manufacturer’s box.
📌Note: Always mention your Order Number/Invoice Number on the return package to avoid delays in processing your return.
